Description:Â CGA maintains 25,000 feet of inflatable containment boom prepositioned throughout the Gulf of Mexico which can be deployed and retrieved rapidly. Along with an additional 30,000 feet located in Harvey, Louisiana.
In the collapsed state, it is buoyant and can be flown to an oil spill and placed in the water, then deployed by awaiting boats. A 750 lb parts box accompany the unit and consists of chains and binders, buoys, anchors and adapters.
