In March 2018, CGA was accepted as a new member of the Global Response Network (GRN). GRN consists of seven organizations from around the world who specialize in oil spill response and exists to share information, improve spill response performance and provide centers of expertise in spill preparedness, response and recovery techniques. The strength of the GRN lies in its Operational Teams, which are groups of subject matter experts to exchange best practices in areas such as dispersants, insitu burn, remote sensing, and open water recovery both offshore and onshore.
